Refunds Policy

MoveScope
This Refunds Policy explains when refunds are not offered and which statutory rights remain available for MoveScope migration reports.
1. Immediate performance digital service
MoveScope is a digital service that starts processing immediately after payment confirmation. By purchasing, Users request immediate service performance.
2. No voluntary refunds
We do not offer voluntary or goodwill refunds for change of mind, or because the User no longer needs the report, once generation has started.
We also do not offer discretionary refunds based on subjective satisfaction preferences for delivered reports.
3. Automatic refund for technical non-delivery
If a purchased report cannot be delivered because of a technical failure on our side, we will attempt to cure the issue automatically.
If that automated retry fails, or if the issue is clearly not recoverable sooner, we will issue an automatic refund.
No automatic refund is promised where delivery fails because the User supplied an incorrect or unusable email address, or where access is blocked by the recipient mailbox or spam controls outside our direct control. In those cases we may still offer support or another recovery path where feasible.
4. Mandatory rights
This policy does not limit mandatory rights under applicable German or EU consumer law.
5. Merchant of Record and payment handling
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record (MoR). Where an automatic refund or another refund is due, processing timelines may depend on Lemon Squeezy and the underlying payment-provider processing windows.
